GET SPACE is a visionary mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD) that reimagines the relationship between high-density architecture and the urban grain. Situated atop an existing MRT station on a uniquely slender, 600-meter-long site, the project moves away from traditional verticality to explore the concept of the "horizontal skyscraper." The design is a sophisticated interplay of mass and void, creating a dynamic dialogue with the surrounding Guangzhou Science City.

Central to our community-forward strategy is the creation of a "second ground floor"—a 600-meter-long semi-outdoor public realm protected by an expansive canopy. This elevated podium functions as a continuous social spine, bridging the public and private realms while remaining accessible 24/7. To enhance environmental performance, we integrated passive solar design strategies through extensive landscaping and sky decks, which regulate the micro-climate of retail spaces and provide thermal comfort. By prioritizing adaptability and social capital, GET SPACE transcends the role of a functional transit hub to become a vibrant, green-infused urban destination that generates lasting economic and social value.
