In the project "Jas | 茉," we explore the sophisticated balance between classical proportion and contemporary minimalism. The design is inspired by the delicate purity of the jasmine flower, translated into an interior language of crisp whites, subtle greys, and refined metallic accents. Every corner of this residence is a study in intentional detailing, where the traditional charm of wainscoting and shaker-style cabinetry is reimagined through a sleek, modern lens.

The spatial experience is defined by its luminous clarity. We maximized the open-plan layout to facilitate a seamless transition between the living and dining sanctuaries, utilizing a consistent flooring material to expand the visual horizon. A standout feature of this home is the bespoke kitchen cabinetry, which serves as a functional centerpiece while embodying the project’s signature aesthetic of understated luxury. By layering soft textiles against clean architectural lines, "Jas" creates a living environment that is both intellectually stimulating and deeply comforting—a true reflection of modern Asian urban sophistication.
