Neiko

In the project "Neiko | 悠悠," we delve into the poetic essence of residential living, prioritizing the emotional resonance of "stillness." Located in the urban landscape of Punggol, this 92sqm home is reimagined as a sanctuary where natural light acts as the primary architectural medium. Our design philosophy centers on a narrative-driven approach, where every material choice and spatial transition tells a story of tranquility and balance.

We utilized a refined palette of soft whites, warm wood tones, and lime-wash textures to create a canvas that captures and diffuses the tropical sun. The spatial layout is characterized by uninterrupted flow and minimalist intervention, utilizing bespoke cabinetry and subtle curves to soften the interior geometry. By harmonizing the interplay between shadow and luminescence, "Neiko" transcends the typical apartment framework, offering a contemplative living experience that celebrates the quiet beauty of everyday moments. This project stands as a testament to the power of intentional minimalism in fostering a profound sense of "home" within the modern Asian context.
